Cancellation charges will be applied from the date we receive your written notice, as outlined below: 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost. 59 to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the service/tour cost. 29 to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the service/tour cost. 14 to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the service/tour cost. 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND. Please note that regardless of the cancellation slabs mentioned above, a minimum 10% service charge will apply in the event of a tour service cancellation after the booking has been made with us. For bookings made during high peak seasons (such as Diwali from October 15th to November 15th, and the Christmas/New Year period from December 15th to January 15th), NO Refund will be provided, regardless of the cancellation period. If you cancel the trip after it has started, the refund will be limited and will depend on the amount we are able to recover from the hotels we patronize. We are not responsible for refunding unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, missed meals, or similar expenses.
